Convection cooling can be regulated down to the degree from -10°C to +8°C
Pre-cooling time approx. 15 minutes (from +25 °C to +2 °C)
Exterior and interior body with thermal separation
Door double-walled, insulated and thermally separated with all-round removable sealing profile
Self-closing, 2-point lock secure for transport (with safety position), lockable

Convection heating can be regulated down to the degree from +30°C to +90°C
Can be heated with or without moist air
Heat-up time to +90 °C in only approx. 15 minutes

The new BLANCO banquet trolleys use up to 42% less electricity.

New and absolutely unique:

Maximum flexibility with the half-height
dividing wall

An innovation from BLANCO: The half-height dividing wall for the simultaneous use of one-piece grates (1,084 x 650 mm) and GN containers or smaller GN grates.

New: digital regulator

The user-friendly design of the digital regulator makes it simple to set and monitor the temperature.

New: rugged corner guards

The widened impact bars on the short sides of the banquet trolley protect hands when rolling through doors and narrow corridors.

New: ergonomic push-pull handle

The extended push handles provide ideal maneuverability for persons of all sizes. Their large-dimensioned handle diameters make them fit particularly well in the hand.
